Nationals

Annual National Rocketry Competition

This event is organised by FAI Rocketry UK and is a great opportunity to showcase your skills in a range of rocket classes. The competition usually takes place on Salisbury Plain in the South West region. Classes flown include S1 (altitude), S2P (precision payload), S3 (parachute), S4 (boost glider), S5 (scale altitude), S6 (streamer) S7 (scale), S8 (RC glider) and S9 (gyrocopter).

Medals and certificates are given out at the end of the two day competition. Juniors fly in the same competition as seniors at the Nationals.

This event is often used as one of the qualifying events for European and World Championships for Team GB.
